Dr. Angampally Rajeev is a highly skilled cardiovascular physician with more than 25 years experience in the medical profession. He has published many articles, research papers and book chapters on various aspects of cardiology and vascular medicine. Dr. Rajeev also has privileges at many top rated hospitals in Georgia including Wellstar Regional Medical Center, Piedmont Newnan Hospital, Emory University Hospital Midtown, and Tanner Health System.

Dr. Angampally Rajeev is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology. He has been practicing medicine for over 25 years, with expertise in complex coronary interventions, intravascular ultrasound (IVUS), coronary doppler flow and fractional flow reserve studies. Dr. Angampally Rajeev is also skilled in treating patients with diabetes, hypertension, hypercholesterolemia, heart failure and atrial fibrillation.

Dr. Angampally Rajeev received his Medical Degree from Osmania Medical College A.P India. Dr. Angampally Rajeev completed his Internal Medicine Residency at Michigan State University, Fellowship in General Cardiology at University of Missouri in Columbia, MO, Fellowship in Interventional Cardiology at University of Connecticut and Nuclear Cardiology and Non-Invasive Cardiology at Massachusetts General Hospital (Harvard Medical School), and Fellowship in Echocardiography from East Carolina University. He has been Board Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, General Cardiology, Interventional Cardiology, Endovascular Interventions, Endovascular Medicine, CT Angiography, Echocardiography  and by the American Board of Venous and Lymphatic Medicine.

Dr. Rajeev is a board-certified cardiologist and a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology, who provides comprehensive cardiovascular care for patients in LaGrange, Georgia. As an active member of the medical community, Dr. Rajeev has been instrumental in elevating the quality and efficiency of healthcare delivery to not only his patients but also to all people within Georgia's Troup County Health District through education and advocacy efforts.

He is involved with several committees that promote excellence in clinical practice as well as patient safety issues.

Dr. Rajeev’s interests are varied - outside of his practice, he spends time pursuing research in stents, practicing his cricket, singing and spending time with friends and family.
